Located at: 756 Starkey RD. Largo, FL.We are looking for a Wellness Director to join our team! You will play a crucial role in shaping the health and happiness of our residents while enjoying a fulfilling and rewarding career.What you'll be doing:* Supervise and lead a team of caring professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.* Coordinate Resident Care Programs to ensure compliance with state regulations and Volante Senior Living policies.* Conduct pre-admission screenings and assessments, interviewing residents and families with empathy and understanding.* Evaluate resident care needs and determine the required level of care, adapting to changes in conditions.* Maintain accurate records of resident changes, requests, and irregularities.* Update medical charts and care plans to ensure comprehensive and personalized care.* Observe residents' health status, taking proactive measures within your scope of practice.What you'll bring to the table:* Bachelors or associates degree preferred, with emphasis in business administration, hospitality, gerontology, or a related field.* Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) with an unencumbered license to practice nursing within the state of application.with an unencumbered license to practice nursing within the state of application.* with an unencumbered license to practice nursing within the state of application.* 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.* Prior care experience in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility.* Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.* Understanding of State Assisted Living Regulations.* Reliable transportation, automobile insurance as required by law, and a valid drivers license.What's in it for you:We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
