Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager (Federal).
Key Responsibilities

Guide the product roadmap for federal HR solutions and collaborate with customers and scrum teams
Serve as the voice of the customer for various product areas including Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll
Set priorities and build detailed requirements documentation in partnership with functional and technical product authorities

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the U.S. Federal market
8+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field
5+ years of expertise in HCM and Payroll systems
3+ years of experience with federal HR systems offered by Shared Service Providers
Active Security Clearance (TS-SCI w/ poly) preferred
