Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure employee benefits are set up in alignment with local best
practices and organizational goals
Manage relationships and commercial discussions with key insurance
providers for health insurance plans
Research and distribute global pay data and benefits packages while
liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing insurance products and
global pay data
Experience in a HR SaaS company is preferred
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks under time constraints
Proven experience in explaining complex topics in a clear and
concise manner
