Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for
the administration and execution of employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance
and wellness initiatives
Monitor data transmission to vendors and develop processes for
benefits management
Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and
ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR-related
roles
Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software
Experience with international benefits is a plus
