Conduct necessary research to provide accurate information to

Tailor communications to meet the unique needs of each caller while

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months of customer service call center experience or equivalent
experience in a related field
Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate multiple applications
during calls
Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations
