Description:Open opportunity with a large Chemical Manufacturing Client 2 days a week on-site in Lakeland, FL for level 1 Help Desk.Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities---Perform imaging and other software installations on computers--- Prioritize help tickets properly and communicate updates to users and the support team asappropriate.--- Record, track, and document the troubleshooting request problem-solving process, includingall successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the finalresolution.--- Build strong working relationships with end users to set service level expectations and alignsupport with business requirements.--- Use proper judgment while complying with escalation workflow to determine problems thatneed escalation. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriate IT teams.--- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by theorganization.Hardware and Software Requests--- Prioritize end user requests for software and hardware.--- Perform workstation builds including installing and upgrading software, implementingrequired software and configuringsystems and applications.Other Duties and Responsibilities--- Knowledge and understanding of Security requirements in the Corporate and DivisionalSecurity Policies and adherence with the policies.--- Knowledge of Corporate Human Resource policy and procedure, especially as it relates totechnology usage.--- As requested, participate in disaster recovery exercises.Skills:servicenow, imaging, Re-Imaging, Support, OneDrive, Customer serviceTop Skills Details:servicenow,imaging,Re-Imaging,Support,OneDrive,Customer serviceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Strong customer Service skills and patience About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
