Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Technical Engagement
Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for
elevated technical issues with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle direct inbound calls from residential and commercial
customers, providing technical support and service
recommendations
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues, escalating when
necessary, while ensuring excellent customer service
Review scheduled trouble tickets for remote resolution and perform
follow-up testing to assist customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service,
telecommunications, and technical support
Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings,
weekends, and holidays
Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum
speeds
Candidates must meet all technical requirements prior to the first
day of training
