Job Description:
SMARTSOURCE is in need if a Level I/ II Support resource for an
opportunity in Orlando, FL 32809
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months to start
Hours: 7am-4pm
School Environment
Client would like us to provide to onsite tech support to the
School to include the following:
-
Talk with district regarding test access
-
Troubleshoot computer hardware
-
Correct and troubleshoot internet issues
-
Device performance testing
-
Respond to threats and health issues
-
On-demand security and compliance
-
Hardware diagnostics and warranty repair per school contract with
manufacture
-
Provider will provide onsite services, with Remote/technical
support from the corporate office as needed to resolve any
escalated issues.
