Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Admin - Clinical Ops
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level customer support to internal and external
customers
Assign and coordinate referrals for contract work to appropriate
parties
Monitor multiple work queues daily to ensure timely processing of
cases
Required Qualifications
High School Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of
relevant experience, or an Associate Degree with a minimum of 4
years of relevant experience
At least 4 years of relevant administrative experience
A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Clinical office experience preferred
Prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare-related
environment is preferred
