Job Description:
A company is looking for an Order-to-Cash - Collections Process
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives focused on Collections and related processes,
including Credit, Payment terms, and Invoicing
Perform assessments of current processes and design future state
process opportunities
Recommend technology solutions and create project plans for
successful project execution
Required Qualifications:
College Degree in Finance/Business required; Advanced/Master's
degree preferred
8-10 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in
Collections process execution
Experience leading teams of 10+ in Collections and related
processes
Proven track record in transformation initiatives and process
improvements
Experience in Order to Cash operating environments and Shared
Services/Transaction Centers is desirable
